Setting a good example.
Did you ever see the 2006 film Idiocracy? If not, see if you can find it. It seems to be becoming more true every day.
The ad below, or a version of it, for a very, very simple computer game pops up at the side of my screen sometimes when I'm on the internet. On every version, there are a number of towers, each of which has an imprisoned girl at the top. From watching the ad's animation, the point of it seems to be to rescue the girls by killing all those who stand in your way. The method of killing is very simple too. If the number beside them is lower than yours, you win, if not, they win. So, the only 'skill' in the whole thing seems to be the ability to tell if one clearly displayed number is higher than another!
What a pathetic game. Firstly, it can only be for very easily amused morons. Then there are the messages it gives out to those very morons who might find it amusing.
Might is right, but only attack those weaker than you.
It is Ok to attack and kill people if they stand in your way (and weaker than you).
All girls are just waiting for you to force your way into their lives.
All girls are mere helpless maidens just waiting for some violent moron to rescue them and will be eternally grateful to that moron.
You can have as many of them as you want.
There are only good consequences to violence.
I could go on, but I'm sure you get the picture. Who produces this stuff? Is there really enough of a market for this simplistic rubbish to make it pay? What are the consequences of this stuff n the moronic minds of its players? If you have answers to any of this, please let me know. I can only view it as dumbing down at its finest, but if you can offer an alternative explanation, feel free to educate me.
Perhaps it is a recruiting tool for anyone wanting to work for ICE in the US, or any of Trumps other agendas.

Hahaha! Funnily enough, the ad for that moronic game has started popping up on my laptop. When I'm bored, I spend a few minutes playing a free city-building game a bit like Sim City and that's where the ad pops up. Couldn't agree more with all your sentiments and I had great delight in reading this article by Marina Hyde: https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2026/mar/03/donald-trump-iran-usa-middle-east-war. Trump has already screwed up our overseas travel plans for next week but we've (only just) managed to get round them. More on that in due course.
